Alana Buck, LMT (she/her)

Alana Buck is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients move, feel, and function at their best through personalized, results-oriented bodywork. Her approach combines therapeutic expertise with an intuitive understanding of the body’s unique patterns, creating sessions that are tailored specifically to each client’s individual needs.

Drawing from Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, neuromuscular techniques, craniosacral therapy, muscle testing, zone therapy, active and passive stretching, and joint mobilization, Alana designs every treatment based on what your body needs in the moment—not a predetermined routine. Whether you’re experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, limited mobility, or simply need to restore balance, each session is customized to support your goals.

Alana believes massage therapy is a collaborative process. Your feedback, awareness, and experience are valuable parts of the treatment, allowing her to combine skilled assessment with therapeutic touch to address the root of discomfort rather than simply the symptoms. By working together, clients often experience more meaningful, longer-lasting results.

Every appointment begins with calming the nervous system, creating the ideal foundation for effective therapeutic work. From there, the focus shifts to restoring movement, reducing pain, improving function, and helping your body return to a healthier, more balanced state.

Committed to ongoing education and professional growth, Alana continually expands her knowledge and techniques to provide the highest quality care for every client.
