Bridgett Rossi discovered her passion for the healing arts at just 17 years old after receiving her first massage. That experience sparked a calling that would shape her career and life’s work. After graduating from high school in 2001, she enrolled at Irene’s Myomassology Institute, where she completed her training in the fall of 2002.
During her studies, Bridgett trained in a wide range of modalities, including sports massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, Polarity, Reiki, and trigger point therapy. She went on to refine her skills working in both spa settings and chiropractic offices, gaining diverse hands-on experience with clients seeking relaxation, rehabilitation, and therapeutic care.
In 2009, Bridgett continued her education at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage, where she specialized in medical massage. There, she advanced her knowledge in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release—allowing her to support clients with more targeted, therapeutic techniques.
Bridgett further expanded her practice in 2013 and 2019 through immersive training in Kauai and Sedona, studying the sacred art of Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage). The flowing, rhythmic strokes of Lomi Lomi provide a deeply soothing yet therapeutic experience, offering clients profound relaxation and renewal.
In May 2025, Bridgett completed specialized training in oncology massage, equipping her to safely and compassionately serve clients with more delicate health needs.
Her approach is holistic and intuitive, with every session customized to meet the individual needs of each client. Bridgett believes true wellness is achieved by nurturing the body, mind, and spirit together.
Outside of her practice, Bridgett is passionate about the healing arts and holistic living. Whether traveling, learning new modalities, or enjoying time in nature with her little one, she continues to grow, explore, and deepen her connection to the work she loves.
