PACE YOURSELF WITH SELF CARE TECHNIQUES

The holiday season is just around the corner and I know first hand this can be an especially stressful time for some. Consider slowing down at least once a day to reflect, take stock and celebrate your everyday accomplishments.

1. Unplug from your phone for a period of time¬†(believe it or not, people will understand if you don’t respond immediately)

2. Grab your ear buds and listen to music that brings you joy

3. Go for a brisk walk through the crunchy colored leaves

4. Offer more hugs to people you care about

5. Close your eyes, breath, and connect with your body
